For an order change, cancellation, return request or quality concern, email Andy@bopman.com or use the After-sales Support form. Include the order or invoice reference, model, batch or carton label reference, quantity involved, description and photographs or video links. Do not send goods back before the return and transport arrangements are agreed in writing.

Custom and OEM orders

Custom flooring is produced around approved samples, drawings and specifications. Requests to change or cancel an order are reviewed against its approval and manufacturing stage. Any effect on committed materials, work, costs, credit or production timing is confirmed in writing under the accepted order. This review does not remove the separate process for manufacturing defects or any mandatory rights.

Delivery and quality evidence

On arrival, check references, quantities, packaging and visible damage. Keep labels and delivery records. For a quality concern, provide the date discovered and relevant storage, site, installation and maintenance information. Contact us before installing or further processing affected material with an apparent issue.

Review and resolution

Our process is: receive the case, request any missing information, assess it with our manufacturing team, provide a written solution, implement the agreed action and close the case. Depending on the issue and accepted order, solutions may include replacement material, repair, an agreed allowance or refund. No remedy is promised before the case is assessed.

Returns, costs and refunds

Eligibility for a return, the return address, inspection, transport responsibilities and any related costs are confirmed in writing for the case. Where a refund is agreed, its amount, method, currency and timing are confirmed in the written resolution and applicable order terms. Obtain written agreement before appointing third parties for remedial work.

Warranty and natural materials

Warranty scope and duration, notification requirements, exclusions and cost responsibilities follow the confirmed product and order documents. Natural variation in grain and colour is assessed against the approved sample and agreed appearance range; it does not prevent investigation of a manufacturing non-conformity. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
