Packaging & Delivery

Order-specific packing. Clear delivery planning.

We welcome project and trade enquiries worldwide. Shipping availability, routing, costs, import requirements and delivery arrangements are assessed for the destination and confirmed in your quotation and order.

Packaging for your specification

Discuss export cartons, private-label printing, protective inner packing, carton labels, palletisation and loading requirements with our team. The packing method is agreed for the dimensions, finish and handling needs of your product.

Information confirmed for each order

  • Product model, specification and batch reference
  • Pieces per carton and net coverage per carton, stated in m² and, where requested, sq ft
  • Carton length, width and height
  • Net product weight and gross packed weight per carton
  • Cartons per pallet, pallet dimensions and gross pallet weight, when palletised
  • Total quantity, package count, packed volume and shipment weight

Weights and coverage vary by species, construction, dimensions, pattern and packaging. Final shipment figures are recorded on the confirmed packing list. Custom and shaped parquet coverage is checked against its actual packing configuration.

Understand your timeline

  • Samples: availability, preparation requirements, charges and courier arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.
  • Custom development: drawings, colour matching and mock-up preparation are scheduled separately from bulk production.
  • Production: the schedule is confirmed after the required payment, specification and sample approvals are complete.
  • Transport: transit and destination handling are separate from manufacturing lead time and depend on the selected route and service.

Please tell us your required delivery window when enquiring. We will review the proposed schedule and communicate any changes affecting your order.

Freight, documentation and import arrangements

Your written quotation identifies the agreed delivery basis, named place or port, freight scope, insurance arrangements where applicable, and allocation of taxes, duties and import responsibilities. Destination-specific documents and product requirements should be raised during specification. Confirm practical delivery access, unloading and storage arrangements before dispatch.

On arrival

Check package counts and visible condition against the delivery documents. Photograph damaged packaging, retain carton labels and contact BOPMAN with your order reference if you notice a discrepancy. Review the product before installation and contact us before proceeding with affected material.
